Who Are We?
Shine & Glow Co. is a salon and spa partnership consisting of Shine Studio & Glow Wellness/Glow Health Services. Our two sister companies allow our team to provide services across all aspects of beauty and wellness to our guests, and offer a career path for beauty professionals no matter what area or areas of focus they would like to be in.
Currently, in separate locations (temporarily), Shine & Glow are only 1 mile apart, located conveniently in the Cresaptown, MD area.

Available Positions:
We are always accepting resumes for any position listed below. We keep information on file for 12 months, and as we are growing a specific service area we will reach out to those who had applied.
- Guest Service Expert – CURRENTLY NO POSITIONS AVAILABLE, HOWEVER WE ARE ALWAYS ACCEPTING RESUMES.
- This position is available for anyone who loves working with the public and sales in a fun, fast paced, and friendly environment. Tasks include checking guests in, checking guests out, scheduling appointments, checking in inventory and putting it away, among other tasks.
- Licensed Cosmetologist (Available at Both Locations Depending on Services)
- Licensed Nail Tech (Shine Studio Only)
- Licensed Esthetician (Glow Wellness Only)
- Licensed Massage Therapist (Glow Wellness Only)
- Registered Nurse (Glow Health Only)
- Associate Stylist, Nail Tech, or Esthetician
- This is a paid position for anyone recently licensed. Work hands on one-on-one with one of our Educators for 4 months as they teach you our most requested techniques and the ins and outs of how to have a successful career in this industry. This is also your chance to build your clientele and launch your career strong.
- Apprenticeship -PROGRAM CURRENTLY ON HOLD.
- We offer Apprenticeships for Cosmetology, Esthetician and Nail Technician for anyone looking for an alternative to Beauty School. This is a FREE program that lasts 24 months for Cosmetology, 15 months for Hairstylist, 12 months for Esthetician, and 8 months for Nail Technician. This is an unpaid position, since the education is at no cost to you, and requires about 20 hours per week between online work and hands on in the salon. We do offer the option to transition into the paid Associate program during the apprenticeship.
