At Shine Studio and Glow Wellness, we pride ourselves in being a launching pad for new beauty professionals. We offer Associate programs where our newest team members spend time working with an educator where they perfect their skills and techniques. During that training, they also accept their own guests for 50% off the regular price for them to perform services and gain their experience and begin to grow their clientele.
